Tell The Florida Legislature: Fund Florida Schools, Don't Fine Them!

Florida legislators have ignored their constitutional requirement to fully fund class size reduction in a callous attempt to turn voters against the class size amendment. Well, it didn’t work. Voters have now gone to the polls and demanded lawmakers fully fund education not once, but twice.

However, the Florida legislature now wants to fine Florida's public schools for not complying with the class size amendment, despite the fact that they haven't provided the necessary funding to comply in the first place.
