The board has thrown out the word transformational a lot and like Vizzini from the Princess Bride I am not sure if they know what that means

You know what kind of leader the district needs. One that believes in rigorous classes, disciplined schools (so kids can lean a work ethic and life has consequences both good and bad) and supporting not handcuffing and poorly treating teachers so they can teach. If that is what the board means by transformational and they might, because that is the opposite of what has been happening in Duval for the last couple years, then I am all for it.
Once again the school board has confused fancy rhetoric and buzz words with a plan and leadership.
