Solutions that don’t break the bank, reinvent the wheel or marginalize our teachers are within our grasp. We could have rigorous classes, safe and disciplined schools and treat teachers like valued colleagues rather than easily replaceable cogs, and we could do so tomorrow if we wanted. The cost? You demanding it. Help demand it with me.

Meet Chris Guerrieri, candidate school board district 5 (video)
You said what you think the problems are in your video. Now, do you have a video telling what the specific solutions are and how you will convince current School Board members to go along with your solutions, since most will be re-elected, even if you win election?
Not that I believe one or two videos could accomplish answering the question I just asked.
There are lots of specific solutions all over the blog, as for convincing the rest of the school board, well hopefully they will want to do what is right or i will let the public know who didn't.
