You know because sometimes there are challenges. I don't think it should be lost on anybody that this report came out just a few days after the district reported discipline is better than ever.
The thing is if they are wrong about guns. then what else are they reporting that they are wrong about?
My bet is it is a lot.

Well, they're definitely wrong when they say discipline is better than ever! It's worse every year.
ReplyDeleteHow about teacher satisfaction and positive culture? This is the worst culture I have ever worked in. The only reason it reports positive on the survey is because we have some excellent building level administrators that have been here a very long time and know how to treat their staff. They take the brunt if the ranting and don't bring it back to the building. I don't know how they do it. I think it has to do with their ability to stay focused on children and our real purpose for existing!
