I was a great beg...New teachers.... I agree 100%.<br /><br />I was a great beginning teacher (so I thought and was told). I learned to survive in an intervene school, and my students made gains. However, I am a much better veteran teacher. I have a bag of tricks, and I REALLY understand the math I teach. It's more than just numbers and letters to me now. It's like a map. There are various routes, but we all end up at the same destination. Math is no longer a one way, one size fits all thing anymore.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
