Two things, no teachers helped develop the proposals and my computer froze when I tried to read it (so be careful) which is probably not a good sign. -cpg
Florida Gov.-elect Rick Scott's education transition team just issued its list of recommendations.
There are scores of proposals scattered across 20 pages. The education savings accounts (universal vouchers) are in here. So are many of the ideas that were contained in SB 6. So are ideas like this one: "Require parental consent for student placement in classrooms of teachers who are rated ineffective."
