The Times Union has an article about grade recovery in today's paper. I just wonder if anybody has noticed the correlation between more students taking grade recovery, rising graduation rates and the amount of students who have to take remedial classes when they get to college?
As usual the district is all appearances not about doing what's best for the cities children.
