This however is what the superintendent of Seminole county said, “It doesn’t do it,” said Superintendent Bill Vogel. “It would leave Orange schools short, too. What districts want is “flat funding” that would keep their budgets just where they are now. That, actually, doesn’t sound all that great but, at least, might put the brakes on more cuts; (the Orlando Sentinel)
