Why does Vitti support Common Core?

In the Times Union Vitti said it’s important that the country adopt these (Common Core) standards because students are likely to move from city to city and state to state. He said Common Core ensures that a student is given the same expectations no matter where they live.

Um haven’t people been moving from city to city and from state to state since we had cities and states? Can I get a better reason than sometimes people move please? Can I get it will revolutionize education; it will take our students to new heights? Can I get come meat please?

Oh we need it because people move. Hmm, right, well that has never happened before. 47 out of 48 highly effectives this guy gave himself.
