Clay County does all it can to stifle the vote for superintendent

Clay county, Clay county, Clay county, what's wrong with doing things the right way? Why is it so important to disenfranchise tens of thousands of your citizens?  It's safe to say that the Clay County Supervisor of elections hasn't done much to inform people that unless they are republican they won't be able to vote for the county's school superintendent. Then when a poll worker did it, she was fired.

Clay county is this acceptable?

CLAY POLITICAL PRESSURE STRIKES CLAY SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS OFFICE

Recently a well respected citizen and former school board member sent a personal letter to potential voters. The letter was sent explaining that the only way to participate and express their constitutional right to vote in the Clay County primaries was to be a registered Republican. It also pointed out the tactic used in previous elections of having a write in candidate placed on the ballot to eliminate 40 percent plus in order to win the election.

1. If any intelligent person read the letter, It was obviously from an individual and NOT from the supervisor of elections office.

2. It was NOT written on any SOE letterhead and actually provided their phone number in case a citizen has a question.

3. It was a legal and informative letter to explain the option of joining the Republican Party to participate in the Clay County primaries and in no way pressured anyone to change their party if they chose not to.

Some in the political community were upset because of the unethical use of a write in candidate to solely win the election which has happened in the past in Clay in the superintendent race in 2012 and other local races.

4.TINA BULLOCK WAS ACTUALLY ASKED TO BE THE CLERK OF A POLLING SITE BECAUSE OF HER WELL KNOWN INTEGRITY

5. TINA BULLOCK has expressed her freedom of speech as a citizen when she sent the letter and has not broken ONE rule or statute with regards of voting poll workers

BECAUSE OF POLITICAL PRESSURE WITH NO EXPLANATION OF ANYTHING IMPROPER AND OBVIOUS DIRTY POLITICS SHE RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING SHE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO WORK THE POLLS FROM THE SOE OFFICE.
SHAME ON BREAKING DOWN UNDER PRESSURE AND QUESTIONING HER INTEGRITY WHEN ALL Mrs.Bulloch did was use her legal write to freedom of speech.

  1. Tina Bullock is a very well-respected Clay County citizen, has served in our school district in multiple administrative positions, and served on the School Board. She's loved throughout her town (Keystone Heights), and has worked at the polls for many years. She is an experienced election worker. There is only one reason why the SOE would refuse her this year as an election worker - the political influence of those that want to control our elections. I caution ALL VOTERS to follow up after you vote - and make sure your vote was counted. I also encourage all voters in Clay County to vote AGAINST the past/current political regime (families) that appear to be trying to control our county - and our votes.
