Do me a favor. Find a teacher in a Duval County school and ask them what they think about the direction we are heading in. Maybe it’s just the circle I travel in but nobody I know is optimistic. Many are planning their exit strategies.
My friend is an adjunct at Florida state college. She teaches future teachers. She gave her class an assignment, talk to a teacher and report back.
One young lady was told she should switch to nursing and that was about the best she heard from her class.
So do me a favor ask a teacher what they think and then if you can get back to me.
