I think the FCAT is a terrible measure and unfortunately it is what we are using here in Florida.
With that being said the KIPP School was ranked 1784 out of 1795 elementary schools last year by the state of Florida.
And they are allowed to expand? The school board has given up all pretense of doing what is right.
