Vouchers are not the answer

Vouchers are not the answer. Private schools both don’t have the same accountability as public schools and unless they put in programs that mitigate poverty, and make no mistake, poverty not our teachers and public school system have led to failing schools, they won’t do any better and most likely will do worse.

The answer is to fix our issues in public schools, many of which were created by politicians who want to privatize our public schools, not out source our kids education to entities without accountability or who are more concerned with the bottom line rather than educating our children.
