Changes are being proposed to "No Child Left Behind" and just in the nick of time too. The monster of a bill with its draconian punishments was about to start affecting white suburban schools and the powers-that-be couldn't have that. Besides it has already done its job of privatizing many of the black urban schools. Talk about a back door to segregation.
