Has Times Union education reporter Topher Sanders drunk the kool aide?

At yet another blue ribbon panel to discuss education issues, this one held at the TPC, Topher Sanders wrote: Chartrand was talking to a room packed at TPC Sawgrass with Jacksonville’s most knowledgeable educators and advocates, and most influential and wealthy business leaders. Tuesday’s event was called “Champions for Education.”

Well today was a working day for teachers so I wonder what “most knowledgeable educators” he is talking about, so I asked. He has yet to get back to me, but my guess is local public school teachers, who are our most knowledgeable educators were far and few between.
