Duval lags behind other big counties in FCAT results

I will just say I believe the reason is this current board and super have developed policies that treat teachers like second class citizens and that have gutted student accountability. I have no doubt if we reverse those two things we will see great improvement but until we do so I also believe we will languish behind the rest of the state.

I don’t like to compare us to St. Johns and Clay counties, our issues and resources are different but I think it is more than fair to compare us to the other five big school districts.
