Wonder why Duval’s schools are lagging? Betty Burney explains why.

In Mrs. Burney’s letter to the editor she wrote: The Duval County School Board met in December 2011 to outline its goals for the 2011-12 school year.

So we set our goals for the year when the year was half over? I know the board thinks it is a part time job but really?

Vote them all out friends, give our kids a chance.
