These two have runoff races in districts three and seven. Their opponents Jon Heymann and Suzanne Jenkins took the time to go meet the superintendent candidates and ask them a few questions. Fischer and Smith-Juarez obviously had better things to do than chime in on the biggest education related decision in Jacksonville over the last decade.

If you are looking for a reason not to vote for them, if somehow their close ties to the corporate reform movement wasn’t enough then perhaps their indifference will put you over the top.
