Did Ready for Tomorrow, Connie Hall’s tutoring company actually perform the duties it was paid for?

In Miami several tutoring companies are being investigated for not performing the duties they were paid to do. When the Folio did an article about Connie Hall’s Ready for Tomorrow, they say they contacted the schools RFT was in but none had a number for it. Um how do they not have the number for a vendor that was providing tens of thousands of dollars worth of services working with the schools teachers and students?

Furthermore RfT’s first incarnation the non-profit Achieve, Instill, Inspire foundation reported 10,000 dollars less in total income for the whole year than what they received from the district for 5 months worth of work.

Maybe these things are easily cleared up but then again maybe they aren’t.
