Vitti's talk and walk on the value of teachers don’t always meet up.

So much for not walking to the talk. Vitti has said he wants teachers to be valued and respected colleagues but then goes and hires admins who have reputations for being teacher bullies. Al Brennan has such a reputation and he has been brought back to the district to run First Coast high school.

I have never worked for or even met Mr. Brennan but I know several teachers who have and they all paint him as a bully who runs his schools though fear and intimidation. Mr. Brennan has made the blog before and here are those posts.
