Steve Wise thinks parents who care about public schools are psychotic

Parent organizations all throughout the state are up in arms about the parent trigger bill. They don’t like it and this according to Steve Wise makes them psychotic.

At an emergency meeting called to ram it through the Florida senate, Steve Wise asked, “whether or not the parent groups were psychotic” and then said “he needs prozac and xanax” to deal with them.

These are parents. Not the boogey man unions that he was dismissing here.

How did the parent trigger bill do? Since the bill is designed to give charter school operators a leg up, it passed.
